Fusion has, since its inception, operated in Courts throughout South Africa and, at times, even in neighbouring countries.
We do not, and have never, centralised our legal work through one “friendly” court, preferring to issue summons out of the Court where the debtor either resides or is employed. The network that we had developed throughout the country allows us to offer our clients a full legal recovery service on a no-return no-cost basis. All costs incurred in the full legal recovery process are absorbed by Fusion and not passed on to clients.
